Current New world Order with the first 1 of 2 gets you punished, the second sustains chain of command gets privileges the governed won't ever receive in a populaiton of 1st ranked world leaders, 2nd class citizens, 3rd wrld savages, subhuman people that must be eliminated or humanity fails to exist tomorrow 7 days a week.
